License Agreement

By purchasing or downloading digital content from Vulcan Turret VFX, you agree to the following License Agreement. Please read carefully, as these terms protect both you and Vulcan Turret VFX.

1. License Scope

Vulcan Turret VFX grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, royalty‑free license to use the digital content ("the Content") you purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Licensed for use by a single user.
    The licensed user may install and use the assets on multiple devices or workstations.
  • If the assets are used by multiple users within a studio, team, or organization, a separate license is required for each user.
  • The assets may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, shared, or otherwise made available to any third party as standalone files.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Content in:

  • Personal or commercial projects (films, videos, broadcast, social media, online content).
  • Completed works that include the Content as part of a final production, which may be distributed or published by any channel.

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Sell, redistribute, or share the raw Content in any form, including as part of another product or collection.
  • Use the Content to create a derivative work that competes with Vulcan Turret VFX offerings.
  • Use the Content to train, develop, or enhance AI or machine learning systems, including generative AI models or datasets.
  • Promote or support illegal activities using the Content.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights to the Content remain the sole property of Vulcan Turret VFX. This license does not transfer ownership to you. Unauthorized use of Content is a violation of copyright law and may result in penalties.

5. Royalty‑Free Usage

The Content is royalty‑free: you are not required to pay additional fees when using the Content in approved projects. However, redistribution of the raw Content — in part or in whole — is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

Vulcan Turret VFX is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from misuse of the Content or violation of this License.
  • Consequences of using the Content in a way that violates third‑party rights or applicable laws.

7. Termination

If any term of this agreement is violated, Vulcan Turret VFX may terminate this License. Upon termination:

  • You must delete all copies of the Content you possess.
  • You may no longer use the Content in any project.

8. Changes and Updates

We may update this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of our products signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
